The Best Knowledge a Judge Could Get
Today I attended a cooking competition as a guest judge, specializing in bakery for around 10 years. Due to my extensive experiencing in bakery and my efforts in promoting home baking for a healthier lifestyle, I was honoured to be able to attend this prestigious tournament as a guest judge and to provide insight in the contestant performance. It was then they on the other hand, had given me insights. The winner, a male on his mid 30’s took the liberty and told me that baking doesn’t mean you need the best hand mixer. It only means you need passion from the heart and the willingness to sacrifice time to learn and gain knowledge, as well as learning from mistakes and to not hold onto those mistakes. I spent a lot of time pondering on this words and I was enlightened by him.
