My Employee Suggested Name Tags

A few months ago I found out from corporate that we were going to have a company wide picnic. Our company isn’t very big but we are big enough that not everyone knows each other’s names. I wanted the employees and families to feel welcomed and friendly. My employee suggested that we use name tags. I loved the idea and fortunately was able to get the budget item approved. The name tags were a big hit and helped everyone enjoy the company picnic.
